Getting Started at The Vic

How do I register?

To sign up, click on the Join Now button at the top right of the homepage and follow the on-screen instructions. It should be quite straightforward, but if you have any problems then don’t hesitate to contact one of our Customer Champions and they’ll be happy to help.


Who can play on The Vic?
You can only play online with us if you’re 18 or older, as long as this is the minimum age requirement for online gambling in your state or country.
Unfortunately, there are also some countries which prohibit gambling by law, so we cannot accept players from these countries.

What are Player Verification and Account Verification? Are they the same thing?
We have different verification processes that you may be required to undergo whilst playing with us.
Player Verification is the process that happens when you first sign up, where we must confirm your age and identity - we’re required to do this by law. This is important as it means that we can ensure your safety and security. This information may be confirmed automatically when you register your account with us or we may ask for some documentation, such as a proof of ID and address.
Account Verification happens once you hit a certain level of activity with us. This means that we can support your level of gaming to adhere to UK regulations, but also because ensuring you’re gambling safely is a big priority for us. For this, we might ask you for some further documentation, such as your source of income.

Which promotions am I eligible for?
There will be requirements on each promotion page which specify the exact requirements for each promotion. You might receive offers via email or SMS which will also include this information.

What are deposit limits?
To help you ensure you only spend what you can comfortably afford, you can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. We call these Net Deposit Loss Limits. Net Deposit Loss is the difference between your deposits and your withdrawals i.e. if you deposit £20 and then later withdraw £15, your Net Deposit Loss would be £5.
As a responsible operator, we may also apply a Net Deposit Loss Limit to your account that we feel is appropriate for you. This is something we do for some customers to make sure they are playing safely.

How do I play my bonus?
Each bonus will be different, so we recommend you check the T&Cs for each one you receive and they’ll give you detailed information about how you can play them, which games they can be used on and which games are excluded. You can also check this information in your account under the Promotions tab.

What are wagering requirements and how do they work?
All bonuses will have wagering requirements specific to each individual bonus. The requirements will specify how many times you need to wager your bonus to convert it into real funds and therefore any winnings into cash. Wagering requirements also apply to free spins as winnings from these will be paid in bonuses, not cash.
You can easily check how much wagering is left on any bonuses or spins you have in the My History > Promo History tab in the My Account section.

Where can I use my free spins?
You’ll only be able to use your free spins on certain games, and these will usually be listed on the promotions page or in the T&Cs of the offer.
