Lionel Richie Tickets

1. This network promotion is open to all Rewards players across The Vic  and The Rialto Casino, who are aged 18 years & over and can view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account.
2. These terms relate to The Vic “Lionel Richie” (“the Promotion”). 
3. The promotion will run from Monday 19^th May 2025 and ends on Sunday 25^th May 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). 

Promotion Mechanics  

4. To take part in this promotion players must opt-in on the promotional page then deposit a minimum of £150.
5. Upon making the deposit, players must stake £150 on any game to get 5 entries into the prize draw. Every additional £150 staked gets a further 5 entries into the draw.
6. All qualifiers will be automatically entered into a random prize draw.
7. Prize Draw will be held on 26^th of May 2025 following the promotional period.
8. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.  

Event Terms and conditions

9. There will be 1 winner across The Vic and The Rialto, who will win a pair of tickets to see Lionel Richie at the Co-Op Live, Manchester, with Bentley Club Hospitality.
10. This is a hosted event by the Rewards Team.
11. The event will be held on Friday 13th June 2025
12. The package includes: 2 x tickets for the customer and a guest to see Lionel Richie at Co-Op Live in Manchester with Bentley Club Hospitality
13. Overnight stay with breakfast included at a Manchester Hotel.
14. Any additional costs are to be paid for by the winner/guest.
15. Travel expenses to/from event venues will not be covered by The Vic.
16. All winners must be 18 years or over. ID may be requested to be provided where the customer/guest appears under the age of 25. 
17. No cash alternatives and no gifting of tickets will be available.
18. The Vic will strive to conduct the prize draw in a timely manner however if any
    difficulties occur, technical or otherwise, the draw will be conducted no later than
    72 hours after the initial date.
19. Events may be cancelled or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to severe weather, power outages and act cancellations. In these instances, we will work with the event organiser to provide an alternative prize.
20. All winners must have an active account on the day of the event. 
21. Whilst we attempt to assist where possible, The Vic cannot be held responsible for any special assistance required at an event.
22. Winners will be contacted no later than 3 days after the draw. Please ensure your contact details on your account are up to date.

General Terms and Conditions

23. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
24. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
25. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding
26. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
27. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
28. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
29. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
30. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
31. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
32. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
33. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
34. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus pounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
35. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
36. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
