1. The "Florence and the Machine” network promotion is only open to all Ruby customers of Thevic.com who are aged 18 years & over and can view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account.
2. The promotion will run from Monday 26th January 2026 at 00:01 to 8th February 2026 at 23:59 UK Time. (the “Promotional Period”).
3. This Network Promotion is managed by The Vic (“The Promoter”) and is also available on Rialto Casino.

Promotion Mechanics  

4. To take part in this promotion, players must opt-in on the promotional page and make a minimum deposit of £75.
5. Upon making the deposit, players must stake a minimum of £75 on any game to get 10 entries into the draw. Each £75 staked will get the player an extra 10 entries.
6. The more players stake, the more entries they will earn, with no limit on the total entries they can accumulate.
7. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
8. A randomised prize draw will be performed to determine the winner.
9. There will be no cash alternatives available

Prize Draw

10. Qualifying players will be entered into a prize draw which will be drawn at random on within three working days following the conclusion of the promotional period.
11. Only one prize will be allocated per customer.
12. There will be only 1 winner across The Vic Casino and Rialto Casino.
13. The winner will be contacted by the Rewards team after the promotion to discuss the fulfilment of the prize.
14. It is the player’s responsibility to check that their personal details are up to date.
15. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.
16. The Promoter will strive to promptly credit promotional prizes on within three working days following the conclusion of the promotional period. However, if any difficulties occur, technical or otherwise, the draw will be conducted not later than 72 hours after the initial date.

Event Terms and Conditions

17. There will be just one winner across The Vic & Rialto Casino.
18. The winner will win a pair of tickets to see Florence and the Machine at the Co-Op Live, Manchester with access to the AMP Club on Friday 20th February 2026 for their Everybody Scream Tour.
19. Package also includes an overnight stay with breakfast included at the Clayton Hotel Manchester.
20. This is a ticket only event and will not be hosted by the Rewards Team.
21. All winners & guests must be 18 years or over. ID may be requested to be provided where the customer/guest appears under the age of 25.
22. Travel expenses to/from event venues will not be covered by The Vic.
23. Overnight accommodation for one night with breakfast in Manchester is included in the prize. Any additional costs are to be paid for by the winner/guest.
24. Whilst we attempt to assist where possible, The Vic cannot be held responsible for any special assistance required at an event.
25. Events may be cancelled by the organisers or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to severe weather, power outages, venue cancellations and act cancellations. In these instances, we will work with the event organiser to provide an alternative prize.
26. The winner must have an active account on the day of the event and have an enabled account on the day of the draw.
27. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the winner/guest being removed from the event. The Vic reserves the right to judge whether any behaviour is inappropriate.
28. The Vic reserves the right to withdraw the event offer within a reasonable timeframe of the event starting.

General Terms and Conditions

29. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
30. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
31. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
32. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
33. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
34. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
35. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
36. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
37. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
38. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
39. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
40. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus pounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
41. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
42. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
