Road to Vegas

The holiday is for seven nights, from Thu 19 Jun – Thu 26 Jun at the Paris Las Vegas hotel. The winner will receive a spending allowance of approximately $2,000.

1. This promotion is open to all existing customers of The Vic who are aged 18 years & over and can view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account.
2. This Network Promotion is managed by The Vic (“The Promoter”) and is also available on Rialto Casino.
3. The promotion will run from Wednesday 30th April 01:00 UK time until Monday 19th May 2025 at 00:59 UK time (the “Promotional Period”).

Promotion Mechanics

4. To take part in this promotion players must opt in via promotional page and then stake £100 cash to get 10 entries into the prize draw. Every additional £100 cash staked, players will get an additional 10 entries into the prize draw.
5. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
6. The promotion will run from Monday to Sunday and leaderboard will be updated daily from Monday till Friday.
7. Leaderboards which fall over the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will be updated on the following Monday.
8. Customers position on the leaderboard will be displayed during the promotional period. To allow customers to track their progress, an anonymised version of their username will be presented on the leaderboard.
9. All players will be ranked on a single unified leaderboard weekly.

Prize Draw Terms

10. All qualifiers will be automatically entered into a random prize draw at the end of the promotional period to determine the winner.
11. There will be only 1 winner from the prize draw who will be selected randomly to receive a trip to Vegas. (winner and their plus one)
12. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.
13. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non- transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
14. By opting into the Vegas Trip promotion, each entrant unreservedly agrees to the terms and conditions of this promotion and the awarding of the prizes.

Event Terms and Conditions

15. The Vegas Trip promotion period will run from 01/05/2025 at 01:00 UK time to 18/05/2025 at 00:59 UK time (the “Promotional Period”).
16. The ‘Vegas Package’ has a value of £5,000 and includes Hotel Accommodation in Las Vegas, Flights, Tournament buy-in and Spending Money, as detailed below:
    • 7 Nights hotel accommodation at Paris Hotel from 19th – 26th June 2025
    • Flights from UK to Harry Reid International Airport (flexible arrangements within budget).
    • Spending money - is the remainder of package fund after flights have been purchased.
17. If a winner of the prize package is unable to attend, the prize will be forfeited.
18. The winner and guest must be at least 21 years of age to play in Casinos in Las Vegas.
19. In the event that a winner will not be at least 21 years of age by the time Las Vegas 2025 trip starts, a cash prize of £3,000 will be substituted. 
20. It is the responsibility of the player, and any guests (if applicable) to ensure they are in possession of a valid passport and any necessary visa requirements are complied with. The Vic assumes no responsibility for players being unable to travel.
21. All travel and package components are to be arranged exclusively through the “Main Event Travel” company (“MET”). You will be contacted by a representative approximately 10 days after you qualify in order to make your arrangements. After MET have contacted you, their T&Cs of travel will apply to you as a package winner. This includes, but is not limited to, providing the correct details as per your own passport and/or any guests to enable flight, hotel and any other ancillary bookings to be made on your behalf.
22. MET cannot be held responsible for the cancellation or curtailment of an event by The Vic. We STRONGLY recommend that players seek the correct insurance that covers event cancellation if that is the primary reason for travel.
23. The Vic, its affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies will not be held responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of The Vic, its affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected
24. All employees of The Rank Group Plc (and any of its subsidiaries, including The Vic and members of their families or households are not eligible to enter the promotion. Employees of any organisation providing goods or services to The Vic as part of the promotion, including Main Event Travel, are also not eligible to enter the promotion.
25. The Vic reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time but will only do so in exceptional circumstances and will make every reasonable effort to minimize the impact.

General Terms and Conditions

26. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
27. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
28. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding
29. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
30. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
31. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
32. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
33. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
34. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
35. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
36. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
37. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
38. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England. The Promotion is also subject to our General Terms and Conditions, and all communications subject to our Privacy Policy which can be found at here.
