General Terms and Conditions

45. Wagers in bonus funds on Slots count 100% towards wagering requirements, i.e. for every £1 you wager on slots, £1 goes towards wagering requirements being met.
46. Wagers in bonus funds on Table/Card and Live Casino games count 20% towards wagering requirements, i.e. for every £1 you wager on table/Card or Live casino games, £0.20 goes towards wagering requirements being met.
47. No minimal risk wagering, such as betting both Red and Black on Roulette, will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including Bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their Bonuses or cash prizes risk forfeiting their Bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings.
48. Deposit amount can be withdrawn at any time, however bonus, bonus wins and any pending bonuses or prize wheels will be forfeited.
49. Real funds (deposit or winnings generated from playing with real funds) used first on player’s account. Once no real money remains, bonus will become playable and wagering requirements will need to be met before withdrawing.
50. Players are able to place bets consisting of real and bonus money. Wins from such a bet are paid out proportionally in real and bonus money.
51. Any winnings achieved from bonus funds will be shown as “pending winnings” until the wagering requirement is met. Even if the promotional period expires and the remaining bonus funds are removed, the pending winnings can be used towards the remaining wagering requirement and any remaining funds can be withdrawn after the wagering has been met.
52. If you have an active cash balance, all spends will first be taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance. However, if you have pending winnings, these will be taken first before any other balance.
53. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and bonus money, any winnings generated from that spend will be credited proportionately to your cash and bonus balances.
54. TheVic.com reserves the right to reasonably verify any claim. If any of these rules have been breached, or fraud is suspected, we may refuse to process the claim. Any abuse of the Welcome Offer may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn. We reserve the right to void any entry if we suspect that the person participating in the Welcome Offer is not eligible to do so.
55. TheVic.com reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws.
56. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Welcome Offer has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
57. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the customer.
58. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside our control.
