General Terms and Conditions

31. The Vic reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
32. The Vic reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, The Vic may refuse to process the claim.
33. The Vic reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.

35. 36. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited.
37. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers.
