The daily rate per room varies with room size and location and includes lodging with private bath and a complimentary gourmet breakfast. The least expensive rooms are on the first floor with twin beds, the third floor rooms all have private outdoor space and are the most expensive. Rates do not include 5.7% state and 4% local occupancy taxes; gratuities are left to each guest's discretion. A 5% gratuity will be added for groups occupying 3 or more rooms. The Victorian Inn is a NO-Smoking Inn. Smoking is permitted on the balconies and porches only.
